Until the ZTP FW gets a successful config push from Panorama the ZTP process on the FW will prevent local configuration from happening. (show system ztp status) Once the FW gets a successful push from panorama this ZTP process will complete and then local configuration can take place.

ZTP configuration at remote sites

We have some new PA-440's are are trying to work through the ZTP process. We have ZTP configured, and the devices are registered. We now see them as connected to our Panorama server, but we are unsure of the next step.

We can't seem to make some changes to do the devices as they are still in ZTP mode, but the documentation to turn ZTP off is to do this from a console connection. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of ZTP?

I am just confused on how we make the jump from a ZTP device, to a fully managed device in Panorama.
