Hello,

I would first verify that the server is receiving the RDP traffic as the server may be dropping the traffic. If you run a packet capture on the server do you see the traffic making its way to the server? If so do you see the server sending traffic back?

If you dont see traffic hitting the server you could check the global counters to see if the Palo is dropping the traffic: How to check global counters for a specific source and destinat... - Knowledge Base - Palo Alto Networks
