&lt;P&gt;The known issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;CYR-28288&amp;nbsp;is only observed for Prisma Access 3.2. Does this mean that other Prisma Access versions such as 4.0 or 4.1 are not affected by this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of our customers was affected&amp;nbsp; by the Prisma Access 3.2 Known Issue&amp;nbsp;CYR-28288&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CYR-28288 --&amp;gt; When performing commits or upgrades, a Prisma Access deployment requires internet connectivity; without internet connectivity, certificate validation will fail and commits are not possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This issue is only referenced for this version, no information about this issue in earlier or later versions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This customer has Prisma Access managed by Panorama where is installed the Cloud Service Plugin version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;3.2.1-h58.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We would like to if this known issue&amp;nbsp;CYR-28288 has already been fixed in the later plugin versions&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;4.0,4.1,4.2,5.0 or 5.0.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
