Hello @NickoKristian

when Panorama is offline the Panorama pushed policies will remain in Firewall, however I would recommend your client to follow below KBs to properly remove Firewalls from Panorama before it is decomissioned:

How to remove a Firewall from Panorama

Information on the "Disable Panorama Policy and Objects" and "Disable Device and Network Template" Buttons.

With the the options: "Disable Panorama Policy and Objects" and "Disable Device and Network Template" you will be presented with option to keep Panorama pushed configuration or not.

Kind Regards

Hi All,

Our client is planning to remove panorama and manage their firewalls directly from PAFW GUI.

What would happen to policies push from panorama once removed? will it be retained on the FW?

What would happen for policies pushed for FW when panorama is still connected?

Regards

Nicko
