Panorama stopped sending logs to Splunk after software upgrade

I recently updated Panorama from 10.1.13h1 to 10.1.14h2. After this update Panorama stopped sending logs to Splunk for several days. I downgraded the Panorama back to the previous version and the Pan started sending logs again. Has anyone else experienced this behavior after updating to 10.1.14h2?

We have the exact same scenario going on. All logging stopped after the upgrade, but we have not failed back to the previous version yet.

Updated Panorama to 10.1.14h4 and the problem has appeared again although the patch notes said the problem had been fixed.
