Cannot delete object from Panorama

We have encountered an issue when attempting to delete an object from Panorama. While deletion appears successful (shown in the attached first image).

The object remains visible on the local device afterward (on the second image).

If an object does not have a red or orange nut next to it, it means that it was created on the local firewall and not through Panorama. You should attempt to delete it directly on the local firewall.
