Unable to add disk to Panorama from API / SDK

Im unable to add disks attached to my Panorama instance from the xml api.
I used the provided request from the xml api browser

I tried the same from the Python SDK using the "op" function
also tried Ansible using the op command as well.
None worked all return the same issue:

<response status="error"> <msg> <line>An error occured. See dagger.log for information.</line> </msg> </response>

From reading dagger.log i can get only this

I tried adding them manually from the CLI using:

request system disk add sdd

and it worked successfully, but I need to have this step automated for future deploys.

Am I missing something here thats causing the error?? has anyone encounter anything similar ?
