When submitting a request to re-categorize a URL at https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com, I consistently receive a "no change" response—even in cases where a reclassification seems justified.

For example, the URL edusupport.minecraft.net is currently categorized as "Games," while the main site education.minecraft.net is appropriately categorized as "Training and Tools." The edusupport subdomain is the official support portal for the educational site, yet it's still being misclassified.

While I understand I can manually add this URL to our allow list, that approach only addresses the issue locally and doesn’t help other organizations facing the same challenge. I’ve encountered similar situations with other URLs, and attempts to open a support case typically result in a generic recommendation to add the URL to an allow list—again, not addressing the root cause.

Is there a way to engage directly with the review team to provide context and evidence for a proper reclassification? I’d like to work toward a more permanent, global resolution rather than implementing one-off workarounds.
