Hello everyone,

I need a report as the one we can make in Monitor-Reports-PDF Summary Reports-predefined or other but with 1 week or 1 month results, here it just let me get information for 1 day.

Is there any way to do this?

In Manage custom reports i can get only 1 table of what I need, don't make sense that I need to run each individualy and put all in one PDF.

Best Regards,

Hi @joao.borges ,

I believe the key is to use a Report Group, which acts as a "container" for all the individual sections you want to see in one document.

To avoid running each manually, you can follow these steps:

You don't have to start from scratch. You can use the "Predefined" templates you like and just change the timeframe.

Go to Monitor > Manage Custom Reports.

Click Add and then click Load Template to pick one of the predefined reports.

Crucial Step: Check the Scheduled box. This unlocks the extended timeframes like Last 7 Days, 30 Days, or Calendar Month.

Repeat this for every "table" or section you want in your final report.

Next you want to combine them in a "Report Group"

Go to Monitor > PDF Reports > Report Groups.

Click Add and give it a name (e.g., "Monthly Executive Summary").

On the left, you will see your Custom Reports. Add all the reports you created to the right-hand column.

Once your group is ready you link your Report Group to an Email Profile and set the Recurrence to Weekly or Monthly.

Hope this helps,

Hi,

This works, but it's not what I wanted, because i can't run them when I want, just individualy.

Thanks

It´s a thing that Palo Alto should work on to improve/optimize.

Best Regards,
