&lt;P&gt;I would look into creating an EDL rather than manually importing thousands of entries. You can create IP lists, URLs, and Domains. Take a look &lt;A href="https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-1/pan-os-admin/policy/use-an-external-dynamic-list-in-policy/external-dynamic-list" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to read more about them and how you can reference them in policies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its important to note that URL filtering wont retroactively be able to tell you what is already known/blocked from an imported EDL list... what are you looking to achieve?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How to upload bulk list of IOC's ( IP's, Urls, Domains) into the Palo Alto url filtering to know what is already known and blocked and what needs a pro action and block based on content categories.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Example thousands of IOC's)&lt;/P&gt;
