Is there a way to see when a Firewall Rule was created in Panorama?

You can find this information in configuration log. Please navigate in Panorama to: Monitor > Logs > Configuration. You can use this string to filter out only security policy related logs: ( full-path contains 'rulebase/security/rules' )

You can refer to: "Generate Time" on the left side of the log screen to determine date and time when security policy was created.

Hi,

int the Policies Tab you have Columns for Created and Modified (far right)

thats the simplest way to see it for existing rules.
