Prisma Access Global Protect: Slow YouTube And Video Traffic

Hello Livecommunity!

I'm facing a speed issue related to video traffic like (YouTube), where videos and ads remain loading for a long time when mobile users are connected to the Global Protect Agent deployed from Prisma Access.

We're running the Global Protect version 6.2.6, as the following image:

PRISMA ACCESS GLOBAL PROTECT VERSION

We create a rule to exclude video traffic rule to a user from the Global Protect tunnel configuration as follows and then the Youtube and video traffic loads seamlessly:

PRISMA ACCESS GLOBAL PROTECT TUNNEL DOMAINS & APPS EXCLUSION

For security reasons, we cannot allow this video traffic to be excluded from inspection, as it must be handled and inspected by Prisma Access

Can anyone help us to fix this issue?

The Global Protect feature (Mobile Users) has a predefined bandwidth allocated based on current users capacity or licenses?

Hello Livecommunity!!

As an update, we created a no-decryption rule for the *.googlevideo.com domain for the test user in Prisma Access. This helps YouTube videos and content load faster.

Here are the most recent logs!

NO DECRYPTION RULE LOGS

We'll check to see if any advanced post-quantum cryptography protocols were causing latency in the decryption process. For now, we'll maintain the no-decryption rule for this specific domain.

If anyone has any thoughts on the decryption delay caused by this Google domain, please let us know.

If you have Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) you can check the traffic path.

Also I was going to suggest Best Gateway Selection Criteria as to change the selection process for a prisma access gateway but you have issues only with youtube.
