&lt;P&gt;Suppose we already integration ServiceNow in Prisma. Do we need to integrate email too since ServiceNow will send a ticket anyhow to the users. I need some help to understand this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Registering for Prisma Access Alerts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in to Prisma Access from cloud applications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Alerts &lt;/STRONG&gt;within Prisma Access Insights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Alert Subscription&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;+ Add Users&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.
