Hi All ,
We have recently migrated to PRISMA for vpn solution from Cisco any-connect.
And we are facing some latency issue . Just checking is there way we can validate /monitor bandwidth utilisation in PRISMA

is the latency occurring for all users on all applications, or for a specific country or a specific application/protocol,...?

You can ask your SE contact for a trial license for ADEM (autonomous digital experience management) which measures all possible parameters to determine what could be happening with a user's connection

Hi Deepak,

Latency issue can come into play due to multiple factors:
1.ISP
2. Internal Router Issues
3. SSL Tunnel instead of IPSEC

4. Decryption

and some other factors too.
Did you determine the latency issue by running a speedtest or your traffic is actually facing latency?If you can share more detail wrt configuration, environment, traceroute etc that can help to narrow down the issue.
