      <title>Configuration Policy for Online Meetings only allow Port UDP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We created a Security policy to allow Online meeting only UDP ports that enter Prisma Access. There are 4 applications namely Webex, Google meet, Teams, and Zoom. 3 applications other than Zoom are running properly according to the rules made, but the Zoom application is still not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All the parameters needed have been entered into the Policy, but only the Zoom application has not been successful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will attach Capture Policy in this case&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I be helped to solve this Zoom Application problem? Is there something wrong with the configuration that was made?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are so many things that could cause this behavior but the support team should be able to diagnose the problem for you to determine the root cause.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
