Can you check the security policy rule that is allowing globalprotect traffic. If you have configured decryption and access to specific applications within that GlobalProtect security policy. Make sure to add the application "google-calendar"

Google Calendar ANd Global Protect Prisma access

We do not run Prisma access Global Protect at our headquarters since we wish employees to access on net resources.

When Users are remote and Prisma access Global Protect is operational our users are forced to use Global protect or else they are blocked from Google resources such as gmail calendar and Google Apps.

All seem to work fine except for calendar. It gets stuck with the You do not have access red escalation in a circle.

I do not see any denies in the traffic logs. We disabled the QUIC policy since it was denying desyinations such as Akamai and google cloud however that did not resolve this issue.

Google support says that somewhere transiting Prisma zero trust the calendar is being blocked for a form of sign in verification

I belive our google policy will not let you run any apps unless you are on Prisma.
