In the body of the email (or ticket) there's only a few variables we can set to supply information:&nbsp;<A href="https://docs.prismacloud.io/en/enterprise-edition/content-collections/alerts/alert-payload" target="_blank">Alert Payload (prismacloud.io)</A></P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>It would be very helpful if we could add the URL directly to the resource.
