What is the API Polling limit to Prisma?

I received the following response:-

All platforms can handle up to 5 simultaneous API calls per second. Palo Alto suggests limiting the number of concurrent API calls to five.
This limit ensures that there is no performance impact on the firewall web interface as the management plane web server handles requests from both the API and the web interface.

Does anyone now if that is a hard limit or a suggested amount? Thank you

this is posted in "Prisma Cloud Discussions", but you say "performance impact on the firewall web interface as the management plane web server". This sounds like this is a firewall question.

Prisma Cloud has many APIs, and each one has a volume of calls per second that can be handled. Best practices require a user's code to respond to a HTTP 429 status code with an exponential backoff and retry, so you can utilize the maximum numbers of calls per second on each API.
