What I'm looking is to import dockers containers information into ServiceNow CMDB. Right now, I'm trying to follow the ServiceNow documentation after installed the Vulverability Response Integration with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud Compute plugin. but is not connecting.

Enter the following information on the User authentication page:

Integration Instance: Auto-populated to the default integration instance part of the store application.
API Base URL: Type in the Prisma cloud compute URL for your organisation.
Username: Type in the username for your Prisma cloud compute account.
Password: Type in the password for your Prisma cloud compute account.
