topic Prisma Cloud – What happens to existing Azure subscriptions if I remove a Tenant account? in Prisma Cloud Discussions

HI, I’m currently onboarding Azure cloud accounts into Prisma Cloud Enterprise and I’d like some clarification before I make a change in production.
Initially, I onboarded several subscriptions individually (scope = Subscription), later I mistakenly onboarded the entire Tenant (scope = Tenant) instead of a single subscription.
Now, in the Cloud Accounts view, all my subscriptions appear grouped under the Tenant account and I’m concerned that Prisma is “treating” them as if they all belong to the Tenant integration.

My concern is:
If I delete the Tenant account from Prisma Cloud, will all the subscriptions that appear under it be removed as well?
Or will previously onboarded subscriptions (added individually) remain intact as separate Cloud Accounts?

Is there a recommended/safe workflow for reverting from Tenant-level integration back to Subscription-only integration?

Thanks in advance for your help and support

Hello!

If I delete the Tenant account from Prisma Cloud, will all the subscriptions that appear under it be removed as well? --> Yes, deleting the tenant account will remove all subscriptions under it.
Or will previously onboarded subscriptions (added individually) remain intact as separate Cloud Accounts? --> We usually do not recommend onboarding the same cloud account several times as it can create duplicate alerts.

Is there a recommended/safe workflow for reverting from Tenant-level integration back to Subscription-only integration? --> Yes here is an article outlining these steps. https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u0000008XtnCAE

Please let me know if you have any additional questions and I will be happy to help
