I want to create an issue in the &lt;A href="https://support.paloaltonetworks.com," target="_blank"&gt;https://support.paloaltonetworks.com,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but it tells me the following message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/company/contact-support" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just subscribed the Prisma Cloud SaaS, but couldnot finish the register to use the product. The product ID is&amp;nbsp;e574f17f-1f71-4c93-b17e-b35f80f0276e.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
