Connect fail with prisma-access between SD-wan

Hi, it's a good day.

We want to create a connection between Prisma-access and SD-wan. (VPN)

I'm writing this post because I'm having trouble connecting, whereas before the connection was created without issue.

Is there anyone who can help me with this situation?

For now, we've created SD-WAN in an HA configuration.

I thought that when connecting between SD-wan and prisma access, it automatically creates and attaches a VPN tunnel.

I was able to see the standard VPN port through the interface on the SD-WAN.

However, this can only be seen in Unit 2.

We didn't see any changes in Unit 1.

And when I look at the PA connection status, it looks like this, and I'm not making any progress. (We've done this over and over again.)

Can you give me any advice on this issue?

I had a ZOOM with a TAC engineer, but was unable to get any answers from them.
