Got this fixed today. Although I was granted Super User access to Prisma SDWAN I apparently needed more access. My access was changed to All Applications as a Super User and it started working fine.

I've worked with the Prisma SD-WAN platform in the past, when it was Cloudgenix and since the Palo aquisition. I have a new customer that has been setup and it appears their dashboard access is different than previous customers and I was wondering if this was the new normal or if their dashboard wasn't setup correctly.

In the past I've always access customers directly though:

https://login.elcapitan.cloudgenix.com/sign-in.html

For this customer that doesn't work. When they log in they go through their Palo dashboard and end up here:

https://sase.paloaltonetworks.com/sdwan

No big deal if that is the new login for the dashboard but after they gave me access when I attempt to log in all I get it a spinning icon (see photo). My question is, is this the new normal for new Prisma SDWAN customers and if so, any idea what the fix is for getting access?
