Palo alto evaluation trial VM credentials not working

I got a Palo alto VM-Series 30-day trial from palo alto. I have installed it in ESXi but am unable to log in using the default credentials admin/admin.

I waited for a few minutes after the initial launch, but after about an hour had passed, I still couldn't log in. Is there any other way to address this issue?

hi please notice that: the login "PA-HDF" .you need reinstall pan-os

1. enter maint mode PANOS(maint)

2.select continue

3 disk image

4.reinstall 10.2.x.x

5 wait reinstall to 100%

6 enter "q"

7continue

8reboot

I have followed the same but it required the advanced password, I tried with admin/admin/Admin123 it is not working ,
