Hi @Sohail_Manzoor ,

I've seen this behaviour on VM-series FW running on ESXi equipped with an Intel Xeon X5650. Bug ID: PAN-206069

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-2/pan-os-release-notes/pan-os-10-2-3-known-and-addressed-issues/pan-os-10-2-3-h4-addressed-issues

If you're hitting this issue then the fixed versions are 11.1.0 , 11.0.1 , 10.2.4 , 10.2.3-h4

You might want to open a case with TAC to confirm if you're hitting this exact same issue or if it's another issue altogether.

Kind regards,

-Kim.

The problem is Palo is only providing the 10.0.X version for Trial purpose. The link they have provided does not show any other version to download.
