Pan-vm credit registration

Hello dears,

I have 2 GW and panorama vm-serice with credit license subscription. and as I saw on palo alto YouTube video for registration of the credits, the vendor should send an email including Activation to click on and create a deployment profile to add palo alto SSID, CPUID and then will generate the registration key. But what I get from the vendor is only an email called Summary Details. Kindly guide me for the correct why for adding the credit and activating my firewalls and panorama.

ou should have received that email from the vendor, maybe reach out to check if they forgot to forward it

you can still create the profiles etc yourself, if the credits have been properly applied to your account:

Create a Deployment Profile (paloaltonetworks.com)
