Strata Cloud Manager UI language and translations

Hi team,

there seems to be no (non hacky) way to set the SCM language. Even if OS and browser are set to English, the UI will force localized versions when available.

This leads to a very confusing user experience:

For example Policy Based Forwarding: In the SCM UI you will get the translation "Richtlinienbasierte Weiterleitung", which you'll

a) don't find in PAN-OS UI

b) don't find in the documentation

Also you'll see really weird sounding menu points like "Dateiblockade" or "Verkehrsobjekte", where no German native would decide to use this kind of translation.

This makes it really hard to navigate the UI, especially because it's only localized sometimes and it differs from everything I'm used to from docs and trainings. And tbh it also makes it look unprofessional.

I'd really appreciate if you could introduce an option to set all UI elements in cloud portals to English only.

Hey M.,

I can effortlessly change the language in SCM with switching the language in the Edge settings. Please compare your browser settings with my screenshots. BTW it doesn't matter for my browser if "Englisch" or "Englisch (<country>)" is at the top. Perhaps they have fixed it in the meantime.
