The "Utilization" tab in device details is not present for those <BR />devices that the Model and Serial Number are missing, no matter if the device is currently in use or not, its status or the<BR />OS.<BR />All these devices were added almost three months ago, and they are working fine, data is present.<BR />Is just the "Utilization" tab that is missing. I have also tried adding the serial manually, but it doesn't help.<BR />It seems to me a limitation or some devices are not fully compatible.</P> <P>I couldn't find anything about this.
