Critical version 7.5 agent unable to download

Hi Community people,

we have a few machines with macOS 10.13 High Sierra, as per the documentation 7.5CE version should support it.

in the agent installation option, we are unable to see 7.5 CE version agent installers. we could download only the 7.9 CE version. we don't have a clue about it. Could you please suggest a possible solution for this issue?

7.5 CE is EOL as of March 6, 2024 End-of-Life Summary - Palo Alto Networks therefore unavailable to download.

Critical Environment versions are designed to be installed in sensitive and highly regulated environments and will be provided 24 months of support since the release date. Due to its sensitive nature, these versions will include maintenance releases of critical and high-severity issues only. Critical Environment versions will be released in a cadence of 12-18 months.

7.9 CE is available and the EOL date is March 19, 2025 and you may view the release notes here. Unfortunately,

macOS 10.13 High Sierra is no longer supported as of November 30, 2020 and also not supported with the 7.9 CE agent version.

Also, may I suggest to bookmark the Cortex XDR Agent Releases TechDoc which provides an overview of new features, release dates and addressed issues per agent release.
