hi, dear Sir :

I use the XML api of Palo alto firewall to import the user-ip-mapping into the user-id-agent. And I could find a file"XMLAPIUserIPMap.txt" in the agent's directory. And when I stop the User-agent service , I would find the import data would be saved into this file "XMLAPIUserIPMap.txt". And after I restart this service, these user-ip-mapping data would be read into the User-id agent (see it from the Monitor of User-agent controller).

But, when I reboot my pc that installed the user-id agent. After system is ready and the User-id agent service is started. I run the user-id controller program. I could not find the data in the file XMLAPIUserIPMap.txt to load into the User-id agent. Could you help us ? Since my customer used the static IP for their clients. We want to load these static mapping into User-id agent and it would not dispear even system reboot.
