Creating Local Users and Groups with XML API

I need to create a user in the local database using the api xml string. Can someone help me?

For creating users on a firewall, you can use the following as an example:

Xpath for new user:

/config/devices/entry[@name='localhost.localdomain']/vsys/entry[@name='vsys1']/user/entry[@name='someuser']

Xpath for new user on Panorama:

/config/mgt-config/users/entry[@name='someuser']

XML element for new user:

Groups should work in a similar fashion.
