Update CSSP End User Info using cURL

I have been trying to pass End User Info for a provisioned device using a curl as detailed here: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/documentation/81/virtualization/virtualization/license-the-vm-series-firewall/licenses-for-cloud-security-service-providers-cssps/add-end-customer-information-for-a-registered-vm-series-firewall/add-end-customer-information-for-a-registered-vm-series-firewall-api#id15e5541f-ac90-4d8a-ace7-e49d6dd0920b

But I am receiveing an Insufficient Arguments error. I am providing the APIKey, content-type in the header and also

the following in the URL:

SerialNumbers=
CustomerReferenceId=
CompanyName=
Address=
Country=
Region=
City=
PostalCode=
PhoneNumber=
EndUserContactEmail=

I have also tried replacing CustomerReferenceID with CustomerAccountID but the same error - does anyone have a complete list of what is needed for the curl or any suggestions as to what may be causing the issue? Thanks
