API for submitting URL re-categorization requests

Looking for an API to automate the submission of URL re-categorization requests. Our company blocks uncategorized sites and I'm looking for a way to automate the submission process. I would provide a link on the blocked page that the user can request the site to be categorized, and in the back-end the request would be submitted via the API. There can be tens to hundreds of these sites in a day. Otherwise, I have to manually collect these requests (via email probably) and have someone submit them either individually or via the bulk submission portal, which is not ideal.

There was a previous post on this topic, but it did not appear to be answered in that thread so I started a new one.

Sounds like this would be an enhancement request to work with your account manager on.
