Correct syntax for a vsys level commit

I'm having troubles committing out 4.1.4 device for a particular vsys using the XML-API. I'm wondering if I have the syntax correct:

https://{some ip}/api/?type=commit&action=set&cmd=<commit><partial><vsys>vsys1</vsys></partial></commit>&key={somekey}

When I use this command the device will restart and lose all of my pending changes. I can issue the following to commit the entire device, but I'm looking for the vsys level command.

https://{some ip}/api/?type=commit&action=set&cmd=<commit></commit>&key={somekey}

The answer is to use the right syntax

https://{some ip}/api/?type=commit&cmd=<commit><partial><vsys><member>vsys1</member></vsys></partial></commit>
