    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; I have add a web page to the white list. When I try opening the page it states "internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tried this web page from 2 of our facilities, 1 (no PaloAlto Firewall) works fine, 2 (PaloAlto Firewall) cannot be displayed. any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is application you have put in the policy? Is it ust that specific webpage cannot work or all web traffic cannot? Under normal situation you should see a blocking page even the whitelist does not work. You can also go to device-&amp;gt; response page to enable application blocking page so that you can have better idea if it is app control problem or the URL control problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
