Currently we find out the anydesk application (exe files) has been blocked by PaloAlto

Virus/Win32.WGeneric.dzogbf

Unique Threat ID: 593407638

already cross check with the virus total and it's clean

Could you check it for the issue, thanks.

Hi Peter,

Yes it's possibly false positive. and regarding with PA Signature Update on our system is schedule to update every x Hours so it's always updated.

Regarding submit false positive report, it's not possible since the premium support is managed by 3rd party vendor exclusive on our region. Maybe i will ask them to submit it.

The whitelist already done by our side. but still the false positive really bugging us ( we don't know what kind another application will be acknowledge by palo alto as false positive ).
