Ensure you use a business email address rather than a personal one (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo). I've seen reports about personal email addresses not receiving the download link.

After signing up, the approval process is manual. If you haven't received the download link within one business day, consider reaching out to your Palo Alto Networks Sales Engineer (SE) or partner for assistance.

This is a common issue. First, check your spam or junk folder, as the email often ends up there. Make sure to use only English alphabet characters for your name and company. You can also check the Palo Alto Networks LIVE Community forum for XSOAR; many users have reported this, and you might find a solution or relevant updates there. Once your registration is processed and you receive the email, it will contain the links to download the OVA file and license from the Cortex Gateway.
