Hi

We have recently increased the level of security for wildfire and since then the firewall is blocking the installer for Adobe Reader DC and saying it has a virus Win32.WGeneric.lsaqu on it.

This is happening on different machines and we when we try and go to the official Adobe website using either IE or Chrome!

Anyone having this issue as well?

Thanks

Glad its not just us then, very annoying that they are marking the installs from Adobes official site as a virus!

I have found a work around which is to do the check for updates in Adobe reader (rather than going to the Adobe web site) and this will sometimes updates, but ideally want the download to work

Hi,

You can exclude adobe traffic with this format *.adobe.*

Because it comes with a few sites other than *.adobe.com.
