I'm not sure what you're asking here. You stated that this is already seen as benign. Are you wanting this to be changed to malware?

My apologies, this file was seen as an ml-virus by Palo. But VirusTotal saw it as benign.

Since the file is over 5mb it was not forwarded to the wildfire cloud for further inspection. I would like to request that this file would be flagged as safe by Palo.
