Hello,

Our URL has been flaged as High-Risk because Virus total wrongly flaged an application on our site.
the application is not longer detectec as malicious.

How can we get the Risk-Level change?

Best regards.

URL: acceso.denevacuatro.com

Categories: Computer-and-Internet-Info

Risk Level: High-Risk

Category: Computer-and-Internet-Info

Description: General information regarding computers and the internet. Should include sites about computer science, engineering, hardware, software, security, programming, etc. Programming may have some overlap with reference, but the main category should remain computer and internet info

Example Sites: www.redhat.com, www.freebsd.org, www.microsoft.com, www.symantec.com, www.oreilly.com, www.build-your-own-computers.com, www.alexa.com

<LI-WRAPPER></LI-WRAPPER>

Risk Level: High-Risk

Description: Sites hosted on bulletproof ISPs or using an IP from an ASN that has known malicious content or sites sharing a domain with a known malicious site. All sites in the "Unknown" category will be high risk

Example Sites:

This no longer works for reclassifying the risk-level.

You now need to open a support case to have a URL risk-level changed.

Per my attempt just now:

This URL already has the requested categorization. If you intended to submit a different categorization, please try again. If you are trying to change the Risk rating, this cannot be done via Change Request. If the Risk rating is incorrect, please contact support.
