I tried to search of file hash in Virus total but its didnt show any of threat or malware.
is there any explanation why this happen?
is it False Positive?

Yes, the explanation is that the sample was observed by WildFire but never observed by VirusTotal. For the FP investigation please open a Support case.

We are seeing false positives on this same wildfire threat id, appears to have started 8/22 update.
