SecondWatch Program Not Found

I tried to go and register or what not for the SecondWatch program, but I cannot find anything saying how to do it.

Additionally, I tried to email edu-learning@paloaltonetworks.com but all I get is a Mail Delivery Failure.

Does this program even exist anymore for veterans? Or am I just blind and cannot figure out something simple?

The Second Watch program was retired some time ago because of lack of participation. We are actively pursuing alternatives that will provide greater value and opportunity to the community.
