NEW SD-WAN Engineer and XSOAR Engineer exams

Palo Alto Networks Education Services is proud to introduce two new certifications releasing July 29, 2025: the SD-WAN Engineer and the XSOAR Engineer.

The SD-WAN Engineer certification validates the knowledge and skills of experienced SD-WAN and SASE engineers across the entire Prisma SD-WAN lifecycle. This includes pre-deployment planning, architectural design, deployment, configuration, ongoing management, and advanced troubleshooting. It confirms the ability to leverage Prisma SD-WAN components for successful network transformation.

For security operations engineers, the XSOAR Engineer certification validates their expertise in onboarding, deployment, integration, playbook creation, automation scripting, content lifecycle management, and system troubleshooting within Cortex XSOAR in security operations environments.

Registration for both certifications is now open with Pearson VUE at https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/paloaltonetworks.html.

Please note: In line with the end of our fiscal year, all remaining legacy certification and PSE Professional exams will be officially retired. The last opportunity to take the exams listed below will be July 31, 2025.
