&lt;P&gt;Call queues can lead to extended hold times and I wouldn't personally cold call in an issue. Open a ticket on the support portal and assign it the proper priority and wait for a call back. If a ticket is actually high priority then call in with the open ticket and you'll usually be routed faster. Your account manager can also escalate internally if necessary in an outage situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
