Hi Guy ,

I would like to know about the GP connection method: Always-on not working on global protect mobile-apps both android and iOS (iPad, iPhone) is shown about "The network connection is unreachable or gateway is unresponsive" but on Notebook or PC is working normally.

So, Please help me

Hello,

Mobile devices require an additional license for GP to function correctly. Do you have that license?

Secondly, are you decrypting? QUIC and ESNI throw errors on mobile for this frequently.

Related, are you able to confirm the mobile apps do not utilize secure renegotiation in their exchange?
