We have created a new tunnel (ADSL) is there way to monitor (To show that the tunnel is working fine) to the management.

Tunnel monitoring could be used to monitor any host behind the tunnel via ICMP; any outage would be recorded in your system logs. If your creating monitoring solely for management I would recommend using an actual monitoring solution (like Zabbix, PRTG, etc) as those can also monitor latency across the link and not solely reachability.
