Block web advertisement with exceptions

Hi All.

I'm looking for a good way to block web advertisements but make an exception for Google ads which appear when you do Google searches. Does anyone have a good way of doing this?

Hello,

This might get tricky depending on the search results. You could try to allow www.googleadservices.com, but there could be others. I just say block them all and teach the users not to click the first link. sucks I know...
