Hello all,

I have a PA-3200 that is currently running PANOS 9.1.7 and going to be updated to 10.1.3 in the near future.

I am wondering if I could download version 10.0.0, 10.0.8-h4, 10.1.0, and lastly 10.1.3.

I could then install 10.1.3 and it would get the files it needs from the other version downloads and go straight from 9.1.7 to 10.1.3?

I believe the person before me did something similar to this when he upgraded us to 9.1.7 and curious if I am even closely correct in my thinking?

Thank you,

Tom

Hello,

I have followed the following for many years now and it has never failed me.

https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClRrCAK

So in your case, I would do the following:

9.1.7 ->10.0->10.1-> 10.1.3

Hope this helps.
