Globalprotect PanGPS service

Sometimes our Globalprotect client application stops working on windows 10 OS.

It seem to start after an uninstall\reinstall happend.
After the reinstall, GP works, but then when the user reboot or logoff\login to windows, and start GP,

GP removes the PanGPS service and stops working.

If I do a quick repair, it works again until the next reboot. I can also simply run a powershell script to add the service back on, and GP works again, unitl the next reboot.

Sometimes reinstalling with a reboot, will fix it but not all the time:

Uninstall GP
Reboot
Reinstall GP

Does anyone else has similar issues, and is there any fix?

Deleting the folders and registry keys on GP after uninstall didn't make any difference.

Upgrading to a different version of client didn't make any difference.

These are the errors:

(T2576) 12/19/17 09:50:49:789 Debug(7857): Clean m_pScepCert
(T2576) 12/19/17 09:50:49:789 Debug(3194): Clean m_szScepCertPanName
12/19/17 09:50:50:211 Warn ( 464): Service stopped successfully
12/19/17 09:50:50:211 Info ( 312): InstallService starts.
12/19/17 09:50:53:329 Info ( 401): DeleteService starts.
12/19/17 09:50:53:376 Info ( 434): Pan GlobalProtect Driver un-installation failed with error = 3
12/19/17 09:50:53:376 Info ( 951): ERROR: DeleteService failed.

rn error code = 10061.
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:32:036 Info ( 362): InitConnection ...
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:32:036 Info ( 370): Connecting to Pan MS Service end
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:33:052 Debug( 229): CPanSocket::onConnect - return error code = 10061.
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:37:034 Info ( 362): InitConnection ...
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:37:034 Info ( 370): Connecting to Pan MS Service end
(T12140) 12/19/17 09:53:38:051 Debug( 229): CPanSocket::onConnect - return error code = 10061.

Never mind on this one, the problem was in our enviroment. We had a GP removing the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\GlobalProtect' registry key.
GP checks that key every time the user logs in, and starts GP. If the key is not there, GP starts the reinstall process.
If we have the PanGPS service already, it removes it, if not, it adds it back on.
