    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are... governmental entities... that use brivo/mocha smart cards for GP auth. My understanding is it's a custom registry check that changes on when the card is inserted or not. Have your account SE engage the federal team, I've heard this use case a few times but agree, more information is needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to do some additional research, but my first impression is NO.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is the smart card being used to authenticate to?&amp;nbsp; I have seen smart cards for internal authentication (for accessing the OS locally), but not sure I have seen where a smart card is supported for GP.&amp;nbsp; More information is needed.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
